Dyson Sphere is most popular and desired concept for the dips.
Basically Dyson Sphere hypothesis is a mega-structure that would encompass a star to absorb it’s energy.
Dyson Sphere was an idea of a great Physicist Freeman John Dyson. He just died on 28th February 2020 at the age of 96.
In 1960 Freeman John Dyson wrote a column as Search for artificial stellar sources of infrared radiation in a Journal titled Science of AAAS Publication. In which he firstly mentioned concept of Dyson Sphere.

Dyson Sphere is a type of a Mega-structure which is capable to absorb energy from a Star. After 1960 this concept would become more popular after the discovery of Tabby’s Star. Some researchers believes that some Alien Civilization has made Mega-Structure like Dyson Sphere around that Tabby’s Star. And this is the reason for different dimming events.
